About Four Corners Productions.

Four Corners Productions Inc. is a partnership between lifelong creative collaborators Jenn Mason and Gabrielle Zilkha. Our partnership is founded on our mutual passion for creative expression and our deeply-ingrained values of equity, community and the power of stories in contributing to the betterment of our society.

We started our collaboration with The Spotlight Project, a cause-based events production company that created creative and immersive fundraising experiences. We made the move into film production with our interactive multi-channel documentary installation, I Worry (2011), which was a social experiment where we asked over 100 strangers on a Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market what they worry about most.

From there, we produced our first multi award-winning short film, Stop Calling Me Honey Bunny (2013) and our first feature documentary, Doing Jewish: A Story From Ghana (2016). Since then, we've gone on to produce an array of unscripted and documentaries series and films broadcast globally which have won awards at the Canadian Screen Awards, Inside Out Film Festival and TO Web Fest.

Beyond our productions and awards, we are most proud of building our network of "Four Corners" collaborators, friends and colleagues who continue to invest in our visions and help us bring stories to life. We are firm believers that the filmmaking process is just as important as the creative product. We strive to create a work environment where our collaborators feel seen, heard and respected and the communities we work with have authority and ownership in how their story is represented.
